TRAINING DETAIL
At Fit Xpedition Personal Coaching means helping you set and achieve your personal goals. We are committed to providing the right plan for you to reach your health, fitness and lifestyle goals. You can choose to work with a trainer one-to-one; with a friend; or with a group of friends. Our results-oriented workouts are dynamic, fun and functional and are designed based on your goals. All sessions are 60 minutes and will include a variety of resistance, cardiovascular, agility, balance, core and flexibility exercises that will put your stamina and endurance to the test.
Personal Training/Online Training

By adopting evidence based training protocols Fit Xpedition will provide you with a unique fitness plan tailored to your specific goals. Through perfecting your form, your joint mobility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance will be optimized.
